Terms and Conditions
These terms govern purchases from Revolver Seal LLC at revolverseal.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be legally able to purchase the items in your cart under federal, state, and local law. NFA items (including suppressors and Revolver Seal™ units regulated as silencers) may only be transferred to a licensed FFL with an active SOT that you select at checkout. We do not ship NFA products to a residential address.
Orders and pricing
Product pages show current pricing. We may correct obvious errors, refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or unlawful, and contact you if fulfillment cannot proceed as placed. Dealer pricing applies only to approved dealer accounts.
Payment
Card payments are processed through our payment provider (Authorize.net / Payroc). By submitting payment you authorize the charge for the order total shown at checkout, including applicable sales tax.
Shipping and NFA transfers
Shipping, FFL transfer, NFA paperwork (including the Oct 9, 2026 ATF guidance), and related limits are described on our Shipping & NFA page. Those rules are part of these terms.
Returns and refunds
Return and refund rules are on our Returns page and are part of these terms.
Compliance
You are responsible for knowing the laws that apply where you live and where your chosen FFL operates. We do not sell or transfer where prohibited. Our Shipping & NFA page lists state-level examples where NFA suppressors are generally not transferable to civilians. See also Compliance.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Revolver Seal LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
