NFA items
Once a suppressor or Revolver Seal™ (ATF-regulated as a silencer) is transferred to you (or your trust) through your FFL, it generally cannot be returned like a retail accessory. Pre-transfer cancellations may be possible while the order is still open on our side — contact us immediately at info@revolverseal.com.
Cancellations before transfer
If we cancel an order before NFA transfer (for example, the chosen FFL cannot accept the item, or the sale is prohibited in the destination jurisdiction), we refund the amount charged to your original payment method. Card issuer posting times vary.
Defects and warranty
Manufacturing defects: email info@revolverseal.com with order ID, serial (if assigned), and photos. We will route warranty or replacement through the proper FFL path when required.
Non-NFA returns
Unused non-NFA accessories may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if authorized in writing by us first. Contact support before shipping anything back.
