How Revolver Seal LLC ships and transfers products purchased on this site.
NFA suppressors & Revolver Seal™
Apollo, Titan, and Revolver Seal™ (ATF-regulated as a silencer) — including every package that includes the Seal — transfer only to a licensed FFL with an active SOT that you select at checkout. We do not ship these items to a residential address. Serials are recorded on our A&D / bound book and disposed to that license before ship/transfer.
FFL dealers only for NFA
NFA items move dealer-to-dealer to your chosen FFL/SOT (Revolver Seal is a Utah manufacturer/dealer). As of Oct 9, 2026, ATF guidance indicates many interstate dealer transfers for silencers no longer require a Form 3 for federal enforcement purposes; your dealers still coordinate shipment and bound-book entries. Final transfer to you runs through your FFL — often Form 4473 and NICS in Utah and similar states, or Form 4 / eForm where state law or dealer policy still requires NFRTR registration. Your dealer's transfer fee is separate and not included in the product price on this site.
Tax stamp & paperwork
The ATF making/transfer tax is $0 for qualifying silencers since Jan 1, 2026. Federal tax-stamp enforcement for those categories is not being pursued under Oct 9, 2026 guidance, but paperwork and background checks still apply. Transfer timing depends on your state, your FFL, and whether Form 4 remains required locally — not on Revolver Seal LLC alone.
State and local restrictions
We do not ship or transfer where federal, state, or local law prohibits the sale or possession of the item. You and your chosen FFL are responsible for confirming that the transfer is legal in the destination jurisdiction before the order is fulfilled. If a transfer cannot be completed lawfully, we will cancel and refund per our Returns & Refunds policy.
NFA suppressors (Apollo, Titan, Revolver Seal™, and packages that include them) are not offered for transfer to jurisdictions where civilian suppressor possession is prohibited under state or local law. Examples include California, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and the District of Columbia. Laws change — your receiving FFL must confirm legality before we ship.
Non-NFA accessories (when offered) follow the same rule: we do not ship to destinations where the item is unlawful. Product pages may call out additional limits when they apply.
