How Revolver Seal LLC collects and uses information when you shop at revolverseal.com.
Information we collect
Contact and order details you provide (name, email, phone, shipping / FFL selection, notes), payment tokens from our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers on our servers), dealer-account information if you log in as a dealer, and basic technical data such as browser type and pages viewed needed to run the site.
How we use it
To process and fulfill orders, communicate about your purchase, comply with firearms / NFA recordkeeping, prevent fraud, improve the shop, and respond to support requests.
Processors and partners
We use service providers for hosting, payments (Authorize.net / Payroc), email, and compliance systems (for example bound-book / FFL tooling). They receive only what is needed to perform their role.
Retention
Order and transfer-related records are kept as required by law and for legitimate business needs (taxes, warranties, dispute resolution). Other data is kept only as long as useful for the purposes above.
