Suppressors and Revolver Seal™ (ATF-regulated as a silencer) are NFA firearms under federal law. You buy here from Revolver Seal LLC in Utah; we transfer dealer-to-dealer to the FFL/SOT you choose, and you complete transfer paperwork with that dealer — not an over-the-counter handoff from our shop floor.
1. Pick your suppressor, Seal, or package
Browse the shop and add to cart. Revolver Seal™ is ATF-regulated as a silencer — same NFA path as Apollo and Titan. Product price is what you pay here; dealer transfer fees (if any) are separate and paid to your FFL.
2. Checkout
Complete checkout with your shipping details and payment. We accept credit cards through our secure payment processor.
3. Choose your receiving FFL/SOT
Enter your ZIP, pick a nearby dealer, and confirm they have an active SOT if we don't already have one on file. Call them if you're unsure — NFA silencers can't transfer to a non-SOT FFL.
4. We acquire & assign a serial
No serial at checkout. When the unit is ready, staff puts it on the A&D / bound book and assigns the serial at fulfill — including Revolver Seal™ units.
5. Paperwork with your FFL (Oct 9, 2026 update)
As of Oct 9, 2026, ATF issued nationwide enforcement-discretion guidance for $0-tax NFA items (silencers, SBR, SBS, AOW). In many states — including Utah — your dealer may complete transfer with a standard Form 4473 and NICS, without a federal Form 4 wait. Some states still require federal NFA registration (Form 4 / NFRTR); ban states remain unlawful regardless of federal guidance. The making/transfer tax is $0 for qualifying silencers since Jan 1, 2026. Your FFL controls the exact steps.
6. Pickup
When your dealer clears you under applicable law, they complete the handoff. Bring required ID and any trust paperwork they ask for. Timing depends on your state and FFL — not on Revolver Seal LLC.
