Heritage Rifle with Revolver Seal
$424.99
Heritage Rough Rider Tactical Rancher with Revolver Seal™ — revolver rifle host system.
Heritage Rough Rider Tactical Rancher revolver rifle paired with Revolver Seal™ at the cylinder gap. At fulfill we consume one Revolver Seal serial and one Tactical Rancher serial from the bound book. Revolver Seal™ is NFA; the rifle is Title I — both transfer through your FFL/SOT. Add a Titan 22 separately, or choose the Heritage Rifle Full Package for the complete suppressed setup.
NFA silencer — ATF regulates Revolver Seal™ as a silencer. Serial recorded on our A&D books. Ships to your chosen FFL/SOT in Utah or elsewhere — not to a residential address. How buying works
Oct 9, 2026 federal update — Transfer timing and paperwork depend on your receiving FFL and state law. As of Oct 9, 2026, federal ATF guidance changed enforcement for many $0-tax NFA items; Form 4473 and background checks still apply.
Not legal advice. Federal policy can change. You and your FFL must follow state and local law. Read the FAQ · ATF open letter (PDF) · ATF press releases
