Revolver Seal™
A new approach to managing Gas flow at the cylinder gap
Designed For consistent installation
The Revolver Seal is engineered as a precision-fit component designed for installation at the cylinder gap of a compatible revolver platform.
Each unit is configured around the Heritage Rough Rider Tactical Cowboy .22 LR revolver to provide a consistent interface for proper fit, alignment, and performance at the cylinder gap.
To maintain installation consistency and reliability, the Revolver Seal is currently offered as part of a professionally assembled package.
How the Revolver Seal Works
At its core, the Revolver Seal™ is a precision-machined clamshell component that installs around the cylinder gap—the area where a portion of high-pressure gas exits during firing.
When installed, the two halves of the revolver seal alter the geometry at this interface, reducing lateral gas discharge from the cylinder gap.
high-Temperature materials and precision-machined surfaces maintain consistent fit and alignment under operating conditions.
instead of venting laterally, a greater portion of the gas flow is redirected along the bore axis.
Precision Installation Matters
Proper alignment and fit are critical to the performance of the Revolver Seal component.
Each unit is assembled to ensure:
Correct positioning around the cylinder gap
Consistent fit under operating conditions
Proper alignment with the barrel
This controlled installation approach ensures consistent performance under real firing conditions.
Delivered Ready to Use
The Revolver Seal is currently as a professional assembled package, including:
Compatible revolver platform
Installed Revolver Seal system
Optional configurations may include a Titan .22 suppressor, which is offered as a separate, NFA-regulated product.
This approach ensures consistent installation, alignment, and performance under real operating conditions.
